Girl in a Red Dress

Another use of that inking technique, using the mouse and selections in Photoshop. This was made last January, as a request over Neopets for someone's roleplaying character. I don't remember much about it besides that it was supposed to be a young girl in a red dress, with black hair, lol. So there you go.
